Individual Therapy

My approach is warm, relational, and deeply attuned to who you are as an individual. I work collaboratively to help you understand yourself more fully and move toward greater emotional well-being and self-actualization. Many of my clients seek support for depression, anxiety, substances use, and the challenges that come with personal growth and change.

When working with OCD, I integrate Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based approaches to reduce distress and increase flexibility.

Together, we’ll strengthen your ability to stay grounded in your body, clarify what truly matters to you, and build skills that help you navigate trauma, anxiety, and intense emotions with greater ease and self-compassion. Please inquire for rates.

Child & Adolescent Therapy

In my work with children and teens, I create a supportive and engaging environment where young people can safely explore their thoughts and emotions. I incorporate art, clay, sand tray, and play-based approaches to help them express what words sometimes can’t. Together, we work on identifying emotions, developing coping skills, and building confidence in managing life’s challenges.

I also pay close attention to each child’s attachment patterns—how they relate to parents, peers, and teachers—and use therapy as a space to develop new, healthier ways of connecting. My goal is to help children and adolescents strengthen their relationships, and feel more secure in who they are.

With adolescents, I support them in the process of individuation—developing their identities as unique individuals in the world. I work with them to identify their passions, values, and goals, helping them build a foundation for confidence and purpose as they move toward adulthood. Please inquire for rates.

Family Therapy

In family therapy, I help families understand how each member’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors shape the family system as a whole. Together, we explore patterns that may have developed over time and the ways parents’ own early experiences can echo in their relationships with their children. My goal is to help families discover new ways of relating — through practical skill-building and deeper reflection on the values and goals that bring them together. Please inquire for rates.

Family therapy is also a space where parents can begin to notice and respond differently to moments of conflict or distress. When children act out, withdraw, or seem “stuck,” those behaviors often carry messages about needs that aren’t yet being met. Together, we slow things down to uncover what those moments are really communicating and to practice new ways of connecting that promote understanding rather than escalation.

Over time, families often find that small shifts — in language, routines, and emotional awareness — can create meaningful change. My work emphasizes collaboration and compassion, helping family members move from blame or frustration toward curiosity and empathy. By learning to recognize and regulate emotions together, families can strengthen their bonds and create a more flexible, supportive environment for everyone. Please inquire for rates.
